RKA Photo of the Month.
This is happy customer Al Patton's K1200S on the road.
He still needs to get a proper tankbag and rearseat bag but he's looking pretty good with his old style 2006 52 liter expandable saddlebags. Thanks for the photo Al.
If you have a great RKA luggage photo send it in and we may make you "Photo of the Month" material.

Customer Letter of the Month
Richard,
TYVM for the info about the gift certificates. I can hear Santa's sleigh coming now. Here's my (not too long) story:
I bought a 23 litre magnetic tankbag from you guys in 1992. You refurbished it for me for free one time. You really went out of your way. It's a bit faded in color, but I still have it!
Let me tell you what I liked about that tankbag besides the great service. The zippers worked! I could "one hand" the zippers. This is a HUGE deal when you are out riding. I love products that are designed by people that use them themselves.
The pity is that it fit my 1997 Trophy 1200 and my 2000 ZRX1100, but I sold those bikes and got a 2005 Vstrom DL1000. I love my new bike, but I needed a new tankbag.
I wanted to get one from you, but at the time you didn't make a "sloping" bag that would fit my tank. The tank is plastic in the front half and metal in the rear half, so magnetic is probably not going to work. I needed a sloping bag that had straps.
So, in 2005, I bought a "--------" sloping tankbag. It looked pretty good in the store, but the zippers just don't work. I have to use two hands to get them closed. I have to keep the channels clear while I move the zipper along the channels (I hope that makes sense). Anyway, the zippers look nice in the store but are difficult to live with. Also, the mapcase is difficult to open and is a weird oval shape. Have you ever seen an oval map for sale? The other thing is that the bag flops left and right. I am happy to see that you are now making a sloping bag that works!
I just put my order in for one! Keep up the good work.
Thanks,
John O
