Tankbag installation Instructions

1 Tankbag
1 Shoulder strap
1 back strap with buckle attached
1 front strap with two buckles attached |
NOTE: These instructions are for the K1200LT only. These tankbags attach to any other motorcycle using our regular instructions and parts. |

Start by attaching the two front buckles if they are not already attached for you. This will create a loop that will loop around the control panel just below the steering head/key area.

As shown in photo one through four, loop the webbing over the control panel and pull down until clear of the controls (Fig 4). |

Raise your seat, remove the buckle from the back strap and loop it around the seat hinge as shown in (Fig 5). Close the seat. |

Reinstall buckle as shown in (Fig 6). Make sure you have some slack in the webbing. |

Click buckles together and snug down webbing, sliding excess between seat and tank as shown in (Fig 7). |

To access your glove box, just release the back buckle and press the button, ........... |

............ the mini supersport will rise with the lid out of the way. When finished close lid, Release a little tension on the back buckle, reattach to bag and snug back down.
Cut away excess webbing and burn the end with a match. See the regular tankbag instruction sheet for warranty, cleaning and other important information.
