Most motorcycles using our saddlebags can carry a passenger.
The actual answer to the question has many issues with many answers.
Motorcycle dynamics, driver and passenger size, turn signal location, seat size, pipe location, etc etc.
If you are not sure of your issues or want to speak with us please feel free to give us a call.1-800-349-1752
Both of these bikes below are what we consider "bikes with issues". A sleek low-slung Sportbike and a small 600 cc naked bike
The first photos are shown are of Andy and Susan with our 47 liter saddlebags which are rectangular
and possibly the hardest for a passenger.
Note the foot pegs look to far back to accept a passenger’s foot. Has you can see this is a myth.
Susan is setting just fine on this bike.
The second set of photos is of some very tall riders on a small bike with our
52 liter expandable saddlebags (Now our 50 liter bags slightly smaller design)
This is Dan and Mary. One photo was taken at Legget, Ca. the other at Booneville Ca.
during a four day 1500 mile tour with 40 other RKA customers and friends.
Yes these four riders are best of friends that ride with us TWO UP all the time.
