You can use the back sewn on strap alone, photo one, the adjustable strap alone, photo two, or use both has shown in the third photo.

Loop the webbing around the frame or any area acceptable under the seat.
|
Replace the seat, adjust and position bag on the rack.
|
Click the buckles to the bag and snug down.
